The final chapter of Into Darkness is live! After five chapters, we were able to go through some amazing moments that took us to great places and end up right back to the where Flesh and Blood is going next... Metrix!
The story and scenario designs really went hand in hand. When designing a scenario, I always kept in mind what the story was and what I wanted to tell. Chapter 1 and 2 I knew what the story was first and built the design around that. Chapter 3 and 4 I had the core design and allowed the plot to support it. Once I had chapter 4 I knew where chapter 5 would go for the ultimate showdown! But I was most exited about how the epilogue came together, setting us up for Bright Lights and the next campaign!
It was very important create something that feels more like a side story so that it doesn't conflict with the main FaB story. BUT, it still needed to feel a part of Rathe with exciting moments and twists. When you and your friends sit down to the play FaB PvE, it needs to feel like you are sitting down to FaB meets DnD and that means some exciting moments that you help craft. As FaB PvE continues, my hope is that we continue to tell exciting and fun stories within the world of Rathe.
